Seeking an epic, highly motivated Ad Intern to join our Social Media team. You will work closely with cross-discipline client account teams in meeting and exceeding client goals.

As the Media Intern, you will participate in all aspects of supporting complex paid social media campaigns on networks like Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google, etc. This includes support with planning, implementation, ad-hoc request, analysis, and reporting. This role is highly analytical – we are seeking someone who is comfortable with numbers and sophisticated excel reports.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build excel reports across various accounts analyzing the data and providing insights
  • Pull performance data and insights around creative and target audience
  • Research current best practices and strategies in social media and paid social media (betas, ad network updates, innovation opportunities, etc.)
  • Research the digital ecosystem (search, social, native, display) and current trends.

The Graphic Designer job description includes visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, apps, social media graphics, exhibitions, and more.

Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.

 

Responsibilities

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Amend designs after feedback

Requirements and skills

You should be an effective negotiator and able to build trust and create rapport with clients and media professionals. Having knowledge about current channels and advertising options is a bonus.

Your goal will be to optimize ad exposure and outdo competition while staying within budgets.

  • Compare and negotiate rates, ad space, and airtime (where required)
